This month, an ILLEGAL, dark money mailer was sent to voters in St. Louis County that attacked Ann and misrepresented her record on criminal illegal immigration.

It’s disgraceful, but not surprising. Illegal, dark money attacks are targeting Ann in a last-minute attempt to sway this election.

Liberals have desperately turned to spreading lies and using illegal dark money mass mailings to try and defeat Ann. The mailer in question contains no disclaimer about who funded and distributed it in a deliberate move to mislead voters.

 

This is ILLEGAL.

 

Here’s what we do know. The mailer contains some of the same information listed on a website that is paid for by a Washington-based liberal organization called “Care for Action.” That same group is also paying for Facebook ads attacking Ann but has not reported any of their spending to the Federal Election Commission.

 

THIS IS ALSO ILLEGAL.

 

At a minimum, we should expect transparency in our elections.

We’ve been here before.

 

First, it was Nancy Pelosi, and then it was former President Barack Obama.
